AIRE ONE HEATING & COOLING SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Aire One KW. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

RETURNS 

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You may return an item to one of our 3 locations or return it by mail to 145 Sheldon Drive, Cambridge, ON N1R 5X5. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund cheque for you. You will receive the cheque via mail within 2 weeks within Canada.

We provide 3 shipping options and in-store pick-up at all three of our locations.

Local Delivery (Within 50KM of Kitchener, ON) $20

Shipping with Canada Post:

Shipping within Ontario but outside of 50KM Radius $30

Shipping within Canada but outside of Ontario: $40

Our orders are processed same-day when ordered before 2:00PM. Orders sent after 2:00PM are processed next business day. Parcels are sent via Canada Post regular mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days. Local Delivery is within 1-5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please contact our customer service team at hello@aireonekw.com to obtain a return authorization before shipping your item back to us. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted. 

EXCEPTIONS

Some items are non-returnable, as we must follow Health Canada Guidelines with regards to furnace air filters and humidifier pads. Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee may be applied to certain returns, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
